Leisure activities: discover the rich Walloon terroir and have fun!

To encourage social interactions amongst the participants of the Modave Summer School, activities are organised throughout the week:

	Sunday — A welcome drink is organised upon arrival with some typical Belgian delicacies.
	Wednesday — Free afternoon to visit the Modave Castle and surroundings or participate in an arranged visit of a local brewery/winery.
	Thursday — A social game is planned in the afternoon, which requires different sets of skills. It will be followed by a barbecue.

Apart from these social activities, there are many other opportunities to socialise:

	Sports and games — Sport equipment as well as board games are made available at any hour of the day. A game of darts is also accessible in the evening at the local bistro.
	Sightseeing — There are many opportunities to discover the surroundings: hikes around the eminent castle of Modave, visits of the nearby cities (Huy, Dinant, Namur, Liège), etc.
